Regenerating Broadwalk
Thanks for visiting the Broadwalk Shopping Centre (Bristol) regeneration website.
In January 2017, the centre went into administration and since then we have been working with city planners, local representatives and the community on finding a viable future for the shopping centre. Urgent action is required to safeguard the future of the Centre, local jobs, and for it to fulfil its potential.
The plans are for a mixed-use scheme with a variety of homes, cafés, restaurants, leisure facilities and shops. A replacement car park is needed and we also want to make better use of Redcatch park.
We would stress that the shopping centre remains open as normal and the plans seek to improve this important community asset.
